Every plan covers one device. A "device" is one installation of the VidEXE app — iOS, Android or a browser session. Moving to a new phone? Revoke the old one from Account → Devices and link the new one.
Apple & Google take payment, not us
All purchases are in-app transactions handled by the App Store and Play Store. That means: their refund rules, their security. We just receive a receipt and unlock the features.

Why no free tier?+
Running AI features costs us real money. Instead of a permanent free version that we'd have to throttle, we offer a paid 7-day trial: €7 unlocks every Pro feature, with admin-provided API keys, so you can fully evaluate VidEXE before committing.
Is yearly actually cheaper?+
Noticeably. Plus is €5.90 monthly or €49 yearly — you save €21.80. Pro is €12.90 monthly or €99 yearly — you save €55.80. Yearly billing keeps our API budget predictable, and we hand that saving straight back.
What happens after the 7-day trial?+
Features lock and your account stays intact — transcripts, bookmarks, history. To keep using AI, upgrade to Plus or Pro from inside the app. The trial is a one-time purchase: it does not auto-renew into a subscription.
Can I switch between Plus and Pro?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade in App Store or Play Store subscription settings — Apple and Google handle the proration.
Do you offer team or education pricing?+
